Tamani Marina Hotel & Apartments

Personell was very helpful. I received an upgrade to a suite as my room was not ready yet at my arrival. Tram stop right in front of the hotel

The breakfast had variety. The buffet and serving area was very small and could get very crowded but the helpful attitude of the staff compensated. I overheard the duty manager training his staff on occasion. He was really involved and that made a difference. The rooms were huge and the kitchen well stocked. The gym was well stocked even for people who do more than just a basic workout. The indoor pool was heated and it was possible to bring my kids for a swim. The lady in charge at the fitness station, Malu, was always smiling and helpful. I had booked the two bedroom apartment for 5 adults/children and one toddler. Booking.com did not mention that the hotels policy allowed only 4xbreakfasts per day for that room type. At check in I was a little aggressive with the staff when told. However they were calm and assured me they would accommodate and they did. I am grateful. Booking.com should be more careful about listing the details of the booking. This hotel had everything we needed and very welcoming staff. We will be back inshallah.

The hotel is very beautiful and staff very kind. Very good and easy location. The suites were amazing and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped and suitable for our needs. The cleaners came every day and they were so polite. They also did the dishes for us. Not used to this kind of a 5-star service. The breakfast-room was way too small for all the guest and we had to wait more than 30minutes to get food one morning. This was a bit bummer. It didn't take that long next morning thou. The breakfast buffet was great and the chefs made you different kindsof eggs and pancaces from order, superb. One day we asked prices for a rental car from the reseption, but they couldn't help us at all, just cave me a number where to ask about it and kept telling us that The prises debend on The size of a vehicle and rental days. Like we didn't know this already. This also was a bit down on. Overall very good experience.

everything - location, hospitality, breakfast buffet, spacious apartment, excellent wifi! no complaints whatsover. we were a family of 5 including a toddler and it was our first visit to Dubai. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. With tram station just a few steps away, it was an ideal location for our family. Special mention to Adwaith who eagerly helped us with the luggage and to the chef at the live counter who makes the perfect omelettes! The breakfast spread had everything we could ask for and had a few variations everyday. I'd definitely consider Tamani if I visit Dubai again in the future! Just confirm if tourism fee is included/excluded in charges paid on Booking. The lady at the reception mistakenly charged us again for that but she soon realised her mistake and assured us it will be reverted.

The room was clean and big eventhough it was a single room. The tram stop was directly in front of the hotel, making public transportation easily usable. For Dubai, this is very rare. Also a market and a pharmacy are in 2 minutes walking distance. Even you could go Dubai Marina on foot. Even you could online some products from them online to the hotel.
